Advanced ferritic stainless steel

Our Fe-Cr-Mn-Al family of ferritic stainless steel substitutes was designed to avoid 475C embrittlement. The σ-phase does not form in these alloys and they do not experience issues with grain boundary embrittlement. Yield strength can be tailored via composition, and corrosion properties are superior to 410L and comparable to 430 and 316L. Please contact us to learn more.
